Why I chose it for the $500K-$600K Price Range: After looking through 100’s of properties in this price range this one grabbed my attention instantly.  Not only was it one of the largest in that price, but It also has history & character as well being completely renovated.  Being completed renovated I’m glad the home still kept some of the original feel and look of the early 1900’s, the last thing you want is a beautiful Victorian Exterior with an Ultra Modern renovated Interior.  The home is also built on 5 lots in Historic Ardsley Park.  Such a beautiful home for under $600K.
