Why I chose it for the $600K-$700K Price Range: Looking through several listings this home stood out like a Bentley in a parking lot full of Toyota’s. The amount of ‘Bang For Your Buck’ you get with this property surpasses the majority. The original building lot, with no structure was $750,000 – so your basically getting all the plans & constructed buildings for free!
