
Palm Beach Mansion Sells for $42 Million

A sprawling new mansion has found a new owner in Palm Beach, Florida according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The 27,355 square foot residence was completed by Dan E. Swanson in 2011 and originally put on the market at $84 million. With no takers the priced was slashed $10 million to $74 million. Palm Beach Daily News reports that a buyer nabbed the showcase estate for close to $42 million. Situated on 2.5 acres, the estate includes 200′ of waterfront, a 27,000 square foot mansion with a 4,000 square foot master suite, 8 bedrooms, 7,000 square feet of loggias, and a guest home.
