Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

With news breaking that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be stepping back from their senior royal duties to split their time between Canada and the United Kingdom, it’s been reported by The Sun that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been looking at a waterfront home in Vancouver’s posh Kitsilano neighbourhood. The 108-year-old home is just one lot away from Lululemon founder Chip Wilson’s 16,000 square foot modern mansion and is on the market for $35,880,000 CAD. Built in 1912, the 6,800 square foot home sits on a 0.28 acre lot and includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property is currently valued at $20,678,000 with an annual tax bill coming in at $153,000. The couple spent Christmas in British Columbia at an impressive $18,000,000 waterfront estate in Sidney, British Columbia. The Province reported that the Realtor representing the listing has not had any requests for showings in the last week and was unaware the royals were reportedly eyeing it. Until a deal is made, or not, the property sits on the market for $35,880,000 CAD with Daniel Tan.
