A stately brick mansion in Brossard, Québec was destroyed by a late night fire on November 6, 2013.  CTV News reported that the fire started around 9:00 pm at the back of the house and quickly consumed it, destroying the mansion.  It took 50 firefighters two hours to extinguish the flames.  One firefighter was injured.  An aerial image below shows the mansion on a manicured lot complete with pool, cabana, expansive lawns, and a large driveway.
