San Diego is beautiful, but I have a soft spot in my heart for Arizona and I know for a fact you could get this house in Arizona for a fraction of the price – it’s all a matter of personal opinion though.  Everything from the exterior, landscaping, materials to the high end interiors, wine cellar, stunning views and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION make this home what it is and all those facts are reflected in the asking price.  I can’t really say anything negative about this Estate as it all falls into my guidelines of a perfect house.  I love natural stone finishes and you can see they used a TON of marble and travertine throughout giving that true European feel.  I also prefer darker stains of wood and I’m glad to see every room offers dark wood mouldings some with hardwood flooring.

Other unique highlights include the details wood beam ceilings, stone fireplaces and the entire wall that opens up to blend the outdoors with the indoors.  There is an abundance of Outdoor Entertaining spaces complete with recessed lighting, patio heaters, fireplace & even an LCD TV.  The grounds are one of the highlights of the home, lush green lawns looking over a sprawling golf course with mountain in the distance.  One of my favourite features of the home has to the be the gorgeous Swimming Pool!  I love odd shaped pools – the typical rectangular design can get old very quick unless it is done right.  A+ on the pool and A+ on the overall design and feel of the home!
