Chagrin Falls, Ohio, United States
Located at the end of a winding drive through thick forest is one of the largest and most valuable private estates in Northeast Ohio. It’s known as Ravencrest and was designed by Paskevich & Associates Architects and built by Pistone and Tesauro for real estate investor Scott Wolstein. The 36,000 square foot main house is finished in old barn stone, stucco, brick and limestone making it appear as if it belongs in the English countryside, instead it rests on an impressive 150 acre estate in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Few pictures have been released of the interior but what we have seen shows a very comfortable, warm and luxurious residence. According to Cleveland Magazine, salvaged stone from the streets of Jerusalem was imported for the main floor which includes a master suite, formal living room, hearth room, dining room, music room and kitchen. Fitted with every imagineable amenity, the residence also includes an indoor basketball court, climbing wall, indoor pool, massage room, discothèque, craft room, gift-wrapping room and even an elegant dog room with 11-foot long tiled shower. The grounds, designed by Aristotle Design Group, are without a doubt some of the most impressive you’ll see. The property is accessed through a massive gate house leading to a circular driveway and various motor courts. There are several walking paths through formal gardens with fountains leading to the property’s tennis court, infinity pool and guest house. While the official numbers aren’t known, Realtor shows the residence as having nine bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms. We’ve put a collection of photos together below. Wolstein has also held a variety of charitable events at the property.
