At just 25 years old Taylor Swift is no stranger to the real estate market with an ever changing portfolio of her own. The singer just dropped $25-million on an iconic 10,982 square foot estate home in Beverly Hills. Built in the 1930s, this spacious residence was the private domain of one of Hollywood’s most famous families. Set on 1.94 gated acres behind the Beverly Hills Hotel, the historic mansion was commissioned by Samual Goldwyn who hired architect Douglas Honnold to design it. The storied property hit the market earlier this year with an ask price of $39-million before dropping to $27.995-million. Swift reportedly paid close to $25-million for the 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom residence. Some of the highlights include a formal entry with sweeping staircase, many formal rooms, a library/screening room, a card room, home gym, guest suite, and private guest apartment. The nearly two-acre estate includes a swimming pool, pool house, gardens, expanses of open grass, and a sunken championship tennis court. The 25 year old singer has a networth of $240-million with an annual salary of close to $80-million. She also purchased a dreamy waterfront mansion in Watch Hill, RI (see below) for around $17-million in 2013. The Cape Cod traditional had previously been listed at $24-million in 2011.
