The $459.5 Million Pricing Error

It was only a matter of time before we found another substantial pricing error in the world of luxury real estate.  Just yesterday we posted about the full duplex listed at $4.3 billion in Penticton, BC, however the actual list price was much more affordable at $434,900.  This time we’re off to Pitcher, New York where a quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has been listed at $459,500,000.  It’s described as a charming, recently renovated brick home with high ceilings and large rooms.   A little research proved that the actual list price is $459,500 making this one heck of a pricing error!
