Tom Brady Reportedly Buying $7.5M Waterfront Home in Florida

Football superstar and quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tom Brady, is reported to be closing on a mansion in the Tampa area, according to TMZ. The Clearwater, Florida ultramodern mansion relisted in June for $8.5 million before dropping to $7.5 million in August. This isn’t Brady’s first Tampa real estate venture as he was renting Derek Jeter’s massive English-style mansion. Jeter’s massive home is now on the market for $29 million. This super modern abode in Clearwater was fully renovated in 2015 and “took over five years to complete” according to listing details. The 8,400 square foot, three-storey mansion features five bedrooms, five en suite bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. Overlooking the water, the spacious master bedroom sits adjacent to the home gym and includes mood lighting, a detail that can be found throughout the home. The residence also offers high-tech features like a “Creston home automation system, audio and media system, an elevator, and a deep-water dock”, according to Realtor. Other high-end features include Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele kitchen appliances, a home theatre, pool and spa. According to Realtor, Tom and his family still own a home in Brookline, Massachusetts with a recent asking price of $33.9 million. The Clearwater home is currently pending sale and is on the market with Sophia Vasilaros of Smith & Associates Real Estate.
