Trump Tower coming to Vancouver

Donald Trump, sons Donald Jr. & Eric, and daughter Ivanka are all in Vancouver to officially announce an exclusive tower deal to use the Trump brand.  CBC reports that the Trumps will not be investing in the tower, but have licensed their brand to developers Holborn and TA Global.  Kirk Williams of CBC  says Holborn could be paying as much as $10 – $15 million to use the brand.  The 60-storey project was originally going to include a luxury Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the lower floors with condos on the upper floors ranging in price from $2.5 million and $10 million.  The tower was also going to include a sprawling penthouse worth around $28 million.  The Trumps will be holding a press conference this afternoon at 1:00 PM.
