Tyler Perry’s Modern LA Mansion – $13,250,000

Recently added to the never ending list of Real Estate is Tyler Perry’s Modern Los Angeles Mansion.  Listed at $13.25 million the estate has 9,725 Sq. Ft. under roof with additional entertaining space outdoors.  Like many celebrity homes, this one is sleek and offers features that you wouldn’t typically see in other homes such as a glass floored hallway above the Wine Cellar!  To me this wouldn’t be a place I could  call home, it looks and feels like a complete bachelor pad….not that there is anything wrong with that.  The front Exterior of the home is gorgeous, I love the illuminated panel Garage Doors as well as the wood highlights above.  The one thing that I can say I absolutely love about this home is the front door – I’m obsessed with massively wide and tall front doors especially when they are stainless or glass.

What else does this celebrity home have?  Well the real question should be what it doesn’t have.  It’s fully loaded with a top of the line Home Screening Room, Wine Cellar, Billiards Room, Multiple Living Spaces that give you the feel of being in a high rise condo with those amazing City Views, oh and not to forget it has it’s very own Night Club!  Loaded with security cameras and high walls, I don’t think privacy will be an issue here.  Just be careful when you’re in the pool because there is a glass panel window looking into the Cellar & Billiards Room!  Overall it’s a beautiful Modern home but it’s just not for me…it’s interesting they showed so many women in the photos eh? 😉

Commanding the top of the most famous bird street, 1654 Blue Jay Way is the height of sophisticated architecture. Every room seems to float over the lights of LA, with spaceship views from Downtown to the Pacific.
