For $900/month you can rent this fully furnished private suite with a minimum lease of 4-8 months.  The description says the suite is on the second floor with the entrance being at the back of the building.  The unit is fully furnished with a small desk, smaller drawer, a closet, linens, and a “build-in queen size bed.”  That bed right there is the selling feature for sure.

“Tenants Just Gave Notice” – $1,100/Month

The tenants may have just given notice, but they were definitely present when the photos were taken.  This 600 square foot one bedroom apartment will run you $1,100/month.  Parking is available for $60 extra per month.

What is this?  A townhouse for ants?  It has to be at least three times bigger than this!  Yes they really uploaded that teeny tiny picture to the listing.  The description reads, “furnishe for $4000 or unfurnished for $3500.”  The next line says, “could be furnashid for $4000 amonth,” and directly below that, “unfurnished for. $ 2995.”  It seems this landlord can’t make up their mind.  The unit is 1,200 square feet with what the owner calls “3 real bedrooms” & 2 bathrooms.

“Nice/Tidy/Private House” – $2,800/Month

It’s all in the title.  “Nice/Tidy/Private House.”  Not exactly what comes to mind when you see this photo.  This 1,700 square foot home includes 4 bedrooms and is only minutes from UBC.  It will run you $2,800/month not including utilities.

“This Home OOZES with Character” – $1,800/Month

This home is oozing anything but character..especially from that bed.  It’s all about location and man oh man this place is prime.  Two blocks from Kits Beach.  Expect to pay $1,800/month for this 950 square foot 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.  “Westcoast living at its finest…”
