Willow Smith, daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, has just purchased a gorgeous ocean-view retreat in Malibu, California for $3.1 million, Variety reported. The nearly 3,000 square foot abode was built in 2011 and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sits on close to half an acre. Featuring an open floor plan with efficiency in mind, the home was “built to LEED energy-efficiency standards, with solar power, energy-efficient appliances and a gray-water recycling system”, according to Realtor. Smith’s contemporary pad features French oak wood floors, custom windows with seats, a three-sided fireplace and a master suite with a fireplace and a spa-style bath. The home also features luxurious amenities like power shades, floor-to-ceiling windows, surround sound, security cameras and sliding doors that open to spectacular views of the private yard, mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
