YouTuber Jeffree Star Releases House Tour of New $14.6M Hidden Hills Estate

Jeffree Star has released the long awaited tour of his new 25,000 square foot mansion in Hidden Hills! The YouTuber and owner of Jeffree Star Cosmetics invited fellow YouTuber’s Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams along for the tour. With over 16.7 million YouTube subscribers and over 2 billion total video views, Jeffree Star, and boyfriend Nathan, had outgrown their current home and decided to buy a 25,000 square foot residence on 2.82 acres in Hidden Hills, California. Jeffree addressed the purchase on Instagram, “It’s obviously for me and my family. Me and Nathan are not moving into a massive house by ourselves. My assistant is moving in with us, we have two bodyguards – one of them will be living here on site.” The eight bed and twelve bath French Normandy mansion was designed by architect Brian Lerman of ARC Design Group and built in 2009. It’s been on the market for as much as $18,499,000 since 2010. Property records reveal that Jeffree sealed the deal on December 6, paying $14,580,000. There is more than 25,000 square feet including the main house, two guest homes, plus an additional 4,700 square foot garage and 3,700 square foot barn accessed by a separate driveway. Million Dollar Room’s Carter Oosterhouse visited the property several years ago revealing that the main kitchen includes over $100,000 worth of cabinetry and on the entire estate there is over $750,000 worth of cabinetry. The property also includes a spectacular lower lounge level with theatre, a two-storey commercial gym and spa and an underground wine cellar decked out with 300-year-old barn wood, extensive wrought iron and floor-to-ceiling limestone walls. While the property is beautiful as-is, it will be fun to see how Jeffree puts his stamp on it. He’s already revealed that it won’t be anything like his former Calabasas home which was covered in pink. He does plan on redoing the current swimming pool with pink tiles. Star is the founder and owner of Jeffree Star Cosmetics, who collaborated with fellow YouTuber, Shane Dawson, earlier this year on a Conspiracy Collection of makeup. According to the Daily Mail, the palette was expected to sell $17.5 million in in-store sales and an additional $17.5 million on Star’s website. The pair sold over 1.1 million palettes. Several websites suggest Star’s networth is somewhere between $50 million to $200 million.
